Returns and Refunds
At Crofts Chocolates, we strive to ensure our customers are delighted with their purchases. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns of unwanted items. However, your satisfaction is our top priority.
Customer Satisfaction
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please notify us immediately at info@croftschocolates.com. We aim to address all concerns promptly and effectively. Depending on the nature of the issue, we may offer a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
Quality Concerns
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us with details and, if possible, include photographs. We may request that the item be returned to us for further inspection. Return shipping costs will be covered by Crofts Chocolates in such cases.
Discretionary Returns for Quality Issues
While we do not generally accept returns for unwanted items, products with quality issues may need to be returned to us for inspection. If requested, the item must be returned in its original packaging and condition within 14 days of receipt. Any refunds or replacements will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned item.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to process once approved.
