Take part in our most in-depth and indulgent chocolate workshop, combining two of our favourite experiences in one. In this two to three hour session, you'll learn how to make a full tray of professional filled chocolates (bon bons) and create three beautifully personalised chocolate bars using moulds and toppings.
The session is paced to allow one element to set while you work on the next, making it perfect for anyone who wants the full Crofts Chocolates experience — whether you're planning a hen party, birthday celebration, or simply want to dive deep into the world of chocolate.
What you’ll do:

Start with welcome drinks and a chocolate tasting

Make three moulded chocolate bars with your choice of toppings

While your bars set, move on to bon bon making: fill and finish 24 chocolates using flavoured ganaches and moulds

Package everything to take home (or enjoy on the way!)

Hi, I'm Alex Grant, the owner and chocolatier at Crofts Chocolates! I've been working with chocolate for over a decade now, and before that, I spent 12 years as a chef honing my culinary skills.
I'm a self-taught chocolatier, learning through trial and error, books, and lots of experimenting. I'm still learning every day, and I love exploring new flavour combinations and techniques to make the most delicious chocolates possible.
But my favourite part of the job is hosting our workshops! It's amazing to see the creativity that flows from our participants as they make their own unique chocolate treats. And, of course, there's always plenty of laughter and fun along the way.
So come join me and the team at Crofts Chocolates for a fun and indulgent workshop experience that will leave you with a newfound appreciation for the art of chocolate-making. I can't wait to share my passion with you!
